Remote Control UVB Reptile Lights

How do I set up my new device?

Please correctly connect the light to the power source and install 2 × AAA alkaline batteries into the remote control. Then you can use the remote control to operate the light.

Do you offer warranties on your products?

For UVB reptile light, we offer a one-year warranty. For aquarium lights, we provide a two-year warranty. You can also register in following page Warranty – LuminPacific to extend the warranty by an additional 365 days.

Timer not working Regarding UVB light?

Normally, after setting the sunrise and sunset time, the light is supposed to turn off after sunset time. If the timer doesn’t work, we assume that the nightlight after sunset time of your light is not set to complete off. This means the light will automatically keep the same light intensity as daylight after sunset instead of going off. To make the light to turn/off automatically, please wait until after sunset time you set. Then press the "–" button to manually set the light intensity of W+UVA/UVB/FR to 0%. Once adjusted, your light will follow your configured sunrise and sunset schedule, turn on/off automatically as intended.

How to start the timer for the UVB light?

When the remote control screen displays TIMER OFF, please press and hold the timer button for three seconds to enter timer mode.

How to set up the sunrise and sunset by the remote?

To set the day and night timer function, first please be kind to check that the current time shown on the remote is synchronized with your local time and displayed accurately on the remote’s screen. Then please kindly refer to the following steps to configure the sunrise and sunset time:
Step 1: When the screen displays TIMER OFF, please press and hold the timer button for three seconds to enter timer mode.
Step 2: Press the TIMER button again, the screen will flash the hour time of the sunrise, use the SETTING button to adjust the hour time to your desired time.
Step 3: Then press TIMER again, the screen will flash the minute time number of sunrise. Press the SETTING button to adjust the minute of the sunrise.
Step 4: Press TIMER button again to set the hour time and minute time of the sunset in the same way as sunrise.
Step 5: Once the Sunrise and Sunset time are set, press the TIMER again to save the timer settings.
